  1. Hi, Our company dissolve one department – Facilities. Initially they planned to outsourced the services to third party vendor. Just recently, the management decide to transfer the full job responsibilities of the Facilities person to another employee, add on to her current job as Office Administrator.
    Is it appropriate to transfer these to another full time employee? Can the Office Administrator decline to absorb in full job responsibility of Facilities person? Pls advise. Thank you.

    Ang scenario po kasi forced resigned po ang nangyari sakin/samin. Dahil nadamay po kami sa ginawa ng isa naming kasamahan na kalokohan sa pagkuha ng items sa company. Inamin po namin na alam namin ang ginawa nyang pagnanakaw kaya napatawan din po kami ng “FORCED RESIGNED” September 11, 2019 pa po nangyari ang pag Forced Resigned sa amin.. sa iba ko pong kasamahan ibinigay na ang sahod, commission at 13mos pay, samantala pong sa akin hanggang ngayon 46days na po makalipas kaming mag resigned dipa rin po nirerelease ang last salary, commission at 13mos pay ko..

    ang gusto nilang mangyari ma settle daw po muna ang mga receivables ng mga clients kong naiwan na naka installment basis po sa kanila, then hiningi po ang mga contact details ng clients ko, ibinigay ko naman na po yung mga hinihingi nila, pero still wala parin pong update sa last pay ko po.. at pati government contribution po namin ay hindi po kumpleto ang hulog ng company..

    Sana po matulungan nyo po ako, kong anong dapat kong gawin or even my rights as there former employee, kasi pregnant din po ako kaya need ko na po sana makuha yung last pay ko sa kanila.
